Both. The hypnosis track, somatic tools and content prompts are daily async. The three live sessions are at set times and the replays are available from within your EVOLVE By Design app once the live session concludes.

35 minutes for the hypnosis track which you listen to going to bed, and its ok to fall asleep.
5 minutes somatic tool.
Your midweek content prompt takes as long as it takes to create one piece of truth. You can be done in under an hour and will finish with 15 pieces of content capturing your truth and essence that you can use on social, our website etc.
